What are your hours? Do I need an appointment?
We're open MonβSat 9 AMβ6 PM and Sun 10 AMβ4 PM. Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but we strongly recommend booking ahead β online form or (840) 999-5263 β to guarantee your slot.
How long does a grooming session take?
Bath-only visits take about 45β60 minutes. Standard bath & groom: 1.5β2.5 hours. Full styling grooms: 2β4 hours depending on size, coat condition, and temperament. We'll give you a pickup estimate at drop-off and call if anything changes.
How often should my pet be groomed?
Most dogs do well with a full groom every 4β8 weeks and nail trims in between. Long-coated breeds benefit from brushing every 4β6 weeks; cats typically every 8β12 weeks. We'll recommend a schedule based on your pet's coat and lifestyle.
My pet is shy or scared of strangers. Can you handle that?
Yes β this is exactly what our Special Care line is for. We use slow introductions, quiet appointment slots, two-groomer handling when needed, and never force a pet. Tell us about your pet's temperament in the booking form so we can prepare a handling plan.
What are the boarding requirements?
Boarding guests need current rabies, DHPP (dogs) or FVRCP (cats) vaccinations and flea prevention. Bring your pet's food if they're on a special diet; we provide beds, bowls, walks, and playtime. Photo updates are available on request.
Do you really have cat-only sessions?
Yes β Monday and Thursday mornings are reserved exclusively for cats: no dogs in the salon, feline-only products, and groomers experienced in low-stress cat handling.
My pet is scared of water. What can I do?
We offer waterless bathing β a no-rinse foaming cleanse or warm wet-towel wash followed by drying and a brush-out. It's also ideal for senior pets and post-surgery patients who can't use the tub.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?
Yes β door-to-door transport within Rancho Cucamonga ($15 round trip) can be added to any grooming service. Select "Yes" in the booking form or mention it when you call.
What vaccination records do you require?
All pets should be current on rabies vaccination. Bring a copy on your first visit β a photo on your phone works.
What if my pet is severely matted?
Your pet's comfort comes first. If de-matting would cause pain, we'll recommend a humane shave-down and explain the options before starting. We never pull, cut, or stress a pet to save a coat.
Are there extra charges I should know about?
Severe matting, heavy undercoats, flea infestations, and fearful behavior may carry a small extra charge (from $15) because they take more time and care. We always inspect at drop-off, explain the charge, and get your approval before starting β never at pickup.
